About me

After 10 years in Residential Sales, Susan was offered the opportunity to join her sister in taking over the Property Management Department. After careful consideration and the retirement of their father from the family business, the girls could see a market for a specialised Property Management Department, independent from the influences of the sales environment.

Adopting the role of Office Manager, Susan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and the task of managing the growing business. Susan manages a dynamic work environment and her commitment to service and systems are her strengths.

She integrates a sales approach to Property Management whilst focusing on managing their client’s valuable investments. These are the keys to being a market leader in Residential Property Management.

Along with her sister, she has carefully selected, nurtured & mentored a team of agents to create one of the best property management teams in the region.

After fine tuning the property management department, Susan has ventured back into sales to mentor her nephew, Natalie Coopers son, Harrison Trad. With her property management and sales experiences combining, she is showing a new approach to work with sales in order to steer away from the cold front of sales and welcome more warmth and sympathy that is seen in the property management industry. The outcome is strongly welcomed by both buyers & vendors achieving favourable results.

Susan, along with her sister, is extremely proud of the business they have built together. Exceeding expectations, creating pleasant real estate experiences for clients, smashing goals and working together as both colleagues and family.
